Capital Commerce Bancorp, Inc. (CCBI) is a privately held bank holding company headquartered in Wisconsin. CCBI was formed in 1994, when a group of investors purchased what was then known as Milwaukee Western Bank from the Western Bancshares holding company. CCBI is state-chartered and governed by the Federal Reserve.
A heritage of growth since 1914
CCBI provides community banking services through its affiliate, Securant Bank & Trust. The bank was founded in 1914 as Teutonia Avenue State Bank and renamed Milwaukee Western Bank in 1957. In 2008 it became Securant Bank & Trust, reflecting the bank’s growth beyond the city of Milwaukee.

Today Securant serves clients in southeastern Wisconsin locations: Hartland, Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls and Slinger. The bank focuses on two primary segments:
